You may submit a Fault Ticket from the form provided however, it might be better if you create your own account here where you will be able to manage your current ticket and any previous tickets you have created.
Do you have a Contract?
Our Fault Call system will issue you with a Ticket ID number. Please use that number in any further communications.
Contracted customers will receive priority when dealing with faults.
