You can choose to purchase the handsets outright or rent.

Phones are dispatched pre-configured and ready to go, so you don’t need to know how to set them up. Paying by instalments is a way to spread the cost of the phones over a 3 year period, saving you any upfront costs. After 3 years you own the phones and won’t need to make payments for them any more. A credit check will be made when requesting to pay by instalments. When ordering desk phones the cost of a power supply is added separately from the phone, if you have a POE (Power over Ethernet) switch, you do not need an additional power supply.

Our broadband and fibre lines are set-up specifically for VOIP calls. This ensures that you get a call quality better than your current telephone or IDSN lines. You can choose to run the system over your current line, or get a dedicated VOIP line from us.

comms Line

£15 a month

If you are installing in a new site or you no longer wish to use an existing phone line supplier, you will need a physical telephone (comms) line to run the broadband or fibre on.

Am I Fast enough?

You need approximately 1-2MB per concurrent call on your ADSL/Fibre line. So if you only have 1MB ADSL broadband in your area, you would not be able to use a cloud telephone system. If you have 80MB fibre, you would be able to take up to 80 concurrent calls.

Contract Term

There is an initial 12-month contract on the connections and lines, which is then a rolling monthly contract. This line can be used with any cloud telephone provider.

If you already have an appropriate line set-up, then you don’t need to order our system with one, you can simply use what you already have.

Timescale

It can take between 10 and 15 days to install a new telephone line with broadband or fibre on.

Phone Line

VOIP/Cloud telephone systems need an Internet connection to run on. To install broadband or fibre, you need a single phone line to install on.

24 Port POE Switch

If you are choosing to have a separate line to run your phone system on, you will need a switch to connect your wall sockets to your router. We recommend a Power Over Ethernet switch so you wont need to additionally power your phones.

Getting up and running on your existing numbers is a simple process of porting your number across to our platform. We help you with this process to ensure it’s quick and easy with no downtime.

If you have a premium number you already pay additionally for, we can help you redirect it through to our platform.

New company or looking to start with a new telephone number or premium telephone number? No problem, we can provide you with a selection of telephone numbers to choose from. You can choose regional numbers or generic 03, it’s up to you.

If you already have your own Cloud phones you maybe be able to use them with our system. The phones MAC address is required, this is usually on a sticker somewhere on the phone. You will also have to configure your phone to the latest firmware and following set-up instructions.
